As you know ZARGES GmbH has implemented the compliance program “Anti Corruption“ tailored to the business processes of ZARGES GmbH, its employees and its business partners in order to ensure compliance with the law.

The ZARGES E-Learning Portal is an integral part of the compliance program and offers you the opportunity to acquire knowledge relating to issues of “Anti Corruption“ and to deepen your already existing expertise. The ZARGES E-Learning Portal includes a training in the section of “Anti Corruption” which is focused on helping you to understand the legal provisions of the German Criminal Law and the UK Bribery Act 2010 which are relevant for ZARGES GmbH and for you as well as the rules of conduct stipulated in the Code of Conduct “Anti Corruption” of the ZARGES GmbH.

The objective of the training is to make you aware of situations relating to corruption in your professional practice and to give you the ability to act constantly and sustainably in compliance with the law in the course of trade.

After working through the learning content and the successful conclusion of the associated tests you will receive a certificate, which will be available for downloading and serves as a proof and documentation of the training conducted.
